Our Founder & CEO
L. Nicole Stringfellow is the owner of Stringfellow Strategic Solutions, LLC and Executive Director of FABRIC, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and girls, particularly in the South and San Juan, PR.
With over 25 years of experience in community outreach, program management, and nonprofit development, Nicole has held key leadership roles including Vice President of the Delta Region for Together for Hope/CBF, Regional Director for MDSC/AmeriCorps*VISTA, and Interim Director of The Center for Community and Economic Development.
She holds degrees in Criminal Justice (B.A., M.S.), a Master’s in Human Capital Development, and is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
A lifelong advocate for grassroots communities, she has also led HIV awareness efforts in the South since 1993 and participated in mission and cultural engagement trips to South Africa, Cuba, and Puerto Rico.
